Good sound quality and durable

I love these earbuds. I bought them in November 2020 to try because every other brand I tried didn’t quite fit in my ears right and caused my ears to hurt. I’m so glad I stumbled across these. The fit is comfortable, the sound and battery life has also been well. But the durability of these things is like no other earbud I have tried. They have been dropped, on cement, and in the mud. The case and both earbuds have even made it through a couple of rounds in the washer and dryer. The left one did finally quit working. (In its defense the left one was washed a minimum of 3 times.) Now I’m down to the right one and it is still working like a champ. The volume isn’t as consistent as it was. But for a pair of 2.5 year old earbuds that has been washed a few times, that’s to be expected. But overall these have been the best earbuds I’ve ever owned. I plan on buying another pair of monster clarity earbuds when the right one finally stops working.

These headphones are nice. I like the bass and they help me drown out customers when I'm at work. The left earbud went out and the company sent me a new pair. Great customer service. Now to find tips that work for me.

Worked and sounded great until my right ear bud quit working after 4 months of little use. It’s been a few weeks and still waiting on a response.Update - After multiple attempts I finally got a response, only after I left a bad review. They did end up sending me a new set free of charge. So for that I will upgrade my rating from 1 star to 3, and only 3 because I ended up buying a different set while waiting for a response.
